Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at AV Summer Fest, the hottest pop-up festival and shopping event of the summer! We are excited to have you join us and showcase your products to our vibrant community of shoppers. Please read through the following information carefully to ensure a successful participation at our event.

  • Time: 3:00 PM – 11:59 PM
  • Location: AV Fair Grounds – 2551 W Avenue H, Lancaster, CA 93536

Information: 

AV Summer Fest is open to vendors who offer unique and high-quality products that align with the theme of the event. We provide 1 table and 2 chairs per booth. Vendors must provide their booth setup, including any additional tables, chairs, displays, and signage. Vendors are responsible for their own sales transactions, including processing payments and providing receipts to customers. Vendors are responsible for keeping their booths clean and tidy throughout the event. The vendor must remove all trash and belongings at the end of the event.

    Application Process:

    • To become a vendor for AV Summer Fest, please fill out the online REGISTRATION FORM by April 23, 2024.
    • Your application will be reviewed by our team, and you will be notified of your acceptance status by April 30, 2024.
    • If your application is accepted, you will receive instructions on how to submit your booth fee to secure your booth space via email.
